This is the no-frills option - Any support, email setup, website statistics, updates to your website are charged at an hourly rate.
Managed hosting
Managed hosting is us helping you with your emails, your website statistics, your database backups and giving you access to general support.
This is the equivalent of 1.5 or 2 hours maintenance a month, depending on the plan and type of website and feature you have, this may include:
- monthly account backups
- setting up new email accounts
- advising of any updates available to your website
- adding auto-responders and forwarders for your email accounts
- monthly web statistic information
- configuring mail box spam setup
- sending e-newsletters
- updating news, ads or galleries.
